Hi!
I'm Niviuk and I just discover Suite101 and your section about passions. I'd just graduated at the University this June and for the first time I've been lost. My passion had disappeared for a negative answer (I didn't fit for an specialized course abroad) and all my dreams were made of nothing. Passion in a thousand things are my life but it was time to choice: I did and I failed. Now I'd discovered that maybe I'm made for a thousand things and not just for one. I just decided to have a "real job" in a "real life" like everybody, avoiding my inner dreams; and that was the cause for the failure.
So I'd returned to my dreams and I'm still wondering about the "sense of my life", but by the way I'm searching for ancient and new passions: I returned to write and I'd discovered the teaching.... I just think how right were the one who said: The worst for a man is to have doubts about himself.
But: to believe, we must begin by doubting (and this is not mine either).
It's just a new start.....Niviuk:-)
