Nice to see a woman talking about weight training! There is just soooooo much mis-information out there about women's weight training, and we need more good info to cancel it out! I won't pretend that I eat a balanced diet (hah) but I do lift weights and have found it an invaluable addition to my health plan. Nice article!J.L. I think this is one of the missing links in most osteoporosis treatment plans, often overlooked by doctors, unfortunately. Strong women stay young!-- posted by surreality
