In response to message posted by Laurzyboop:

Hi,

The best way to be fit, lose inches and get into shape is to exercise. Although, too much calories and fat will put weight on, but as long as you eat in moderation you will be fine.

The misconception of "not eating" and we will lose weight is just wrong.

In fact, if you eat three healthy meals a day you will lose weight. When we eat, we are boosting our metabolism, giving ourselves energy to burn off fat.

When we don't eat, we are sluggish and our metabolism is low therefore we are not burning off anything.

Walk, jog, run, do jumping jacks, jump roping is awesome and hoola hoops are great exercise for your waist.

It is true when they say, "the more you exercise, the more you can eat." As long as it is healthy and within reason.

A chip or two is not going to hurt you, a burger and fries is not going to hurt you. But if you have a lot of fruit and vegetables too, you will be fine.

There is a chart that shows what you should weigh according to your height (and age).

Hope this helpedsmile
