Thanks for reading. I suppose the 'social significance' of the film isn't especially obvious. Hopefully next time the point I'm trying to make will come across more clearly. I really appreciate any feedback.

FEEDBACK! this is an amazing article! it would have taken me weeks to critique the movie as well as you have and your insight! lets just say i felt as though i were reading about a movie i had never seen (i have seen it) "not saying i didn't like the movie" i'm quoting from memory so it could be wrong, however, that made me laugh. i too look foreward to reading more articles like this. thank you

Welcome to the Suite!

Parts of this movie really *ruffled* my feathers, while other parts got me thinking. You've done an excellent job capturing what the movie is *really* about, rather than what people seem to *think* it is about. I look forward to your future contributions.

Take care,

Thanks. That's why I wanted to write about this film. The first amendment aspects of it were thought provoking yet fell short because they always stayed on the surface of the topic. Mostly it was just a paltry attempt to take a notorious "bad boy" and make him seem cuddly.
