Identify song from the 60's

Hi,

I've got part of a song on tape which someone from school 20 years ago recorded for me.

I believe it comes from the late 60's and is a style similar to The Yardbirds, Pink Floyd, The Byrds etc around that era

The song can be obtained from http://www.btinternet.com/~dastardly/rec...
however the tape is twisted and hence the poor quality

Hope someone can identify it as it's driving me mad!

The song is Happenings Ten Years Time Ago by the Yardbirds.

I loved the Yardbirds. I'm actually a big Jeff Beck fan as well.
