» RockyFarm - Finding 50+ Year Old B&W Travelogue When I was a kid (I'm almost 61), I watched Saturday morning cartoons and nature shows. There were a series of nature shows, some by Martin & Osa Johnson, that showed great scenes like a giant python swallowing a pig. But the best of all time was of a cluster of mountain goats at the edge of a chasm that were frightened by travelers who were doing nature photography, hunting, etc. The goats jumped into the chasm and made their way to the bottom by hitting the far wall hoof 1st, bouncing off, flipping in mid-air, hitting the near wall, etc. until they made it all the way down. If this was just a dream on my part then I also dreamt I saw a posture of this some years later and failed to record the info. I've contacted film archives, the Martin & Osa Johnson Mmuseum, film buffs, etc. with no luck. Any ideas? -- posted by RockyFarm
