» Margot - I always celebrate The Solstice I always look for ways to celebrate nature, and all of it's treasures. The Winter Solstice is one of my favorites.I get up before dawn, and watch the sun rise over the ridge. I fill every bird feeder, and hand made bird treats. I drink of the earth, with my well, spring, water and home brewed herbal tea. At dinner, we uncork the years vintage Dandelion Wine and toast Mother nature, in all of her splendor. -- posted by Margot
