Is there hope for trumpet players who have FMS and TMJ?

I once had the makings of a professional trumpet player - but FMS put a stop to that. Lately, however, my ever-present interest in the trumpet has caused me to look around for some hope again. I've had TMJ since I was a teen, and FMS started around that time of my life as well. Are there any trumpet players out there who have found some success with dealing with Fibro?I have come across info. about Serenitol,which claims that it works great for people with FMS and TMJ, among other things. Has anyone had experience with Serenitol?
