I am sorry that you have a GP that keeps things so close to their chest as it does make it hard for you to tell anyone what they have said when they dont think you need to know what is wrong, not what I would call a great bedside manner.
They sound like they are up with their diagnosis but not quite there on telling all yet. I hope that they get better at it soon lol.
