In response to message posted by TheWiseOwl:

HI, Steve. Thanks for good wishes.Learned some special stretching exercises. Because of osteoporosis in back, she told me not to do rotation exercises and the one where a person is on all fours and hunching mid-back up and down--could cause fracture.

Hooked me up to a computerized machine and could see muscle activity including what she called "guarding" (tensing) of muscles. Taught me about good posture and how to get up from a chair instead of using hands to help me rise.

Will learn exercises in heated therapeutic pool
next 2 visits. Then I can go to local fitness center pool and do same exercises.

Also taught me about diaphragmatic breathing and gave me relaxation tape.

I'm becoming more aware each day of what you mean-
i.e, I'm only one who can make a difference. You're right!

"If it is to be, it's up to me!"
