In response to message posted by TheWiseOwl:Short update. Posting under Steve's pain mgtm. article info. because I went for therapy eval. today, and it's considered a paint mgmt. program. Going to get started right away with warm water & stretching exercises & other helps.
Will go 2 x week for total 12 visits.
