In response to message posted by Loni:Tamara, what a great article and full of great web sites! The holidays were always to busy and crazy for me and my family. I finnally realized after I was diagnosed, that I had to slow down to keep up! And that was very hard for me! This year we have had a rough time with my sister and her alcoholsim and now my younger brother and his wife are splitting up! So tha hoildays will be very difficult for all of us!
If anything we need to stop and just reflect on our lives and life in general...and what really matters! Thanks for a great article!
