Thanks for the article, as usual, I can't seem to find the file I have with tips for flares while I'm in the middle of one. Not only do I have a bad cold, sinus, allergies, whatever....I am coming off being a chairperson for the fall carnival at my child's school---over doing of course. I've missed being a regular visitor of Suite 101, we moved last year and life has been chaos. I had to find new doctors (which is a nightmare) get meds, etc. After a summer of feeling pretty good...boom here comes fall with all its activities and illnesses. Keep up the good work Tamara, I'll be back!
