Hi Breel, you are very welcome. Fibrofog sure can be frustrating can't it? One very important thing I've learned is that I need to do everything, especially at work, in the same order every day. If I vary my routine even a little bit I am completely lost. Argh! As you probably know, some days, it doesn't seem to matter what you do as the fog is just so thick.

I also disclosed my Fm at work and received almost the exact same responses. I also shared information with those who seemed interested, but that didn't really help either. They still didn't understand. OMG! Just this morning I couldn't find my keys, which are always in my purse, and frantically searched for abut 15 minutes. Finally I remembered my extra set in my car, which allowed me to at least warm it up. I then checked my purse one last time, and low and behold - there were my keys. I had looked in there 3 or 4 times already. LOL That's what makes a support group so helpful I think. We've all had the similar experiences that we can relate to.
