» jerrib - It's amazing how much better meat is that has not gone through the commercial packing process. The best pork I have ever eaten was from a pig my brother grew.When my kids were little we lived in the country and our neighbors had sheep; it was a very pastoral area, and I still remember the view. I also remember the neighbor shearing the sheep. I had my first taste of that meat then. Seems lambs would be easy to raise. -- posted by jerrib
