» cinders - Just My Opinion I understand the need to lose weight and feel healthy, and I see that you are doing okay on your points. What I don't see is the healthy part in what you are eating. You absolutely need more veggies, more fruits, and even dairy on some days where you don't use milk. You should be eating whole grains, and staying away from fast foods and regular soda (even if they fit into your points). I think that if you change your points to healthy points, you will see a huge difference not only in weight loss, but in inches lost, and most importantly in how you feel and how healthy you will be.People sometimes sabatage their efforts by using their points toward unhealthy choices, and I think that's why sometimes weight watchers doesn't work the way it was meant to.
