Thanks for your support, Mary. This is one of my favorite books and I feel it explains very important truth that all pet lovers should know. -- posted by Joy Butler

Thank you for your support as well, Wendell. There are many, many scriptures as well as Biblical concepts to support animals going to heaven. In Revelation 4:1-2 and Rev 5:13 a scene in heaven is described with "every creature which is in heaven, and on the earth, and under the sea, and all that are in them, heard I saying, Blessing, and honour, and glory, and power, be unto him that sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb for ever and ever." Notice "every creature" is praising God. Psalm 36:6-7 "...O Lord, thou preservest man and beast. How excellent is they loving kindness, O God!..." -- posted by Joy Butler

Beautiful big boy! I love those Siamese eyes! He looks like he's really hanging on to his daddy. Please give him a hug from me. -- posted by Joy Butler » _Boanerges_ - Re: Re: a few pics In response to Re: a few pics posted by JButler:okie! an extra hug on its way. I tell you, this cat loves to hug! He really does.. and, he loves to climb up and hang on for a fun ride. You know, when I look at this cat's striking features, his eyes, his color, his softness, his mannerisms, his long legs, his white 'boots', his overall great attitude, I find that God has created so many different type of animals, that it is mind boggling on such creativity. This is one reason that I took interest in this nice review of the mentioned book. When we look at God's created 'intelligences' it is truly inspiring. To understand that there are many 'fleshes' in the world, should open peoples eyes to that which God has created; i.e., fish, bird, mammal, reptile, insect, man, and plants. In my opinion, National Geographic and others are only coming to the surface of that which blows our minds away, when we really stop and consider such a creation, all in perfect balance. And, we have not even mentioned the heavens or the 'laws' of God's order! Amazing what a book review can produce -- posted by _Boanerges_
