What an intriguing story. I'm sure that Qadesh made a great pet. Her owner was consistent in his training and she knew exactly what was expected of her.

In Ontario, we've had numerous attacks on humans by pit bulls. There is so much controversy over the breed. I say it is all with the owner. Any dog that is not disciplined and trained properly has the potential to turn on humans. Their behavior is consistent with their training. I believe instead of banning the breed, there should be a required exam written by the owner before he/she can own a pit bull. Then, after they obtain that certificate, it should be mandatory that the animal is neutered and that master and dog attend obedience school. I think it is really the owners that need to be trained. If this was law, there would be fewer pit bull attacks.
