That reminds me. In one of my favorite restaurants, the owner had a parrot in a cage which hung above the reception area. The parrot was one of the reasons why people came to that restaurant, because he greeted everyone cheerfully.

Well, some overjealous health inspector decided that a bird is not allowed in a retaurant even though separated by walls and doors and a corridor. Rather than make a fuss about it, the owner took the parrot home and is now waiting for that inspector's retirement, which is not far off. Hopefully, the next inspector will be as reasonable as the previous one was, because I want that parrot back.

The owner has now installed two huge salt-water fish tanks with a good assortment of sea creatures, and they are quite entertaining, too.
