I didn't really know anything about the ocarina. What a wonderful instrument! It is fascinating to see all the different materials that can be used to make one. I enjoyed following the links. Ocarina makers certainly are imaginative and artistic. I especially enjoyed seeing the ocarina made from a lemon, then painted to look like an African Mask. Great article! It's more than likely that they've only tapped the surface discovering how music effects us and how it can be used.
