I was wondering what have you guys discovered helps you all when you go walking, have sensitivies to annoying noises, traffic, semi-trucks and the like.

I discussed some of my ideas in the article, "Stressful Noise Sources & Music as a Diversion".

I am only one person with one set of ideas that have worked for me personally.
