Hi! I'm a single mom who finally bought a house last year and wanted to surprise her son with an English Mastiff puppy. I found a breeder on the Internet with a wonderful website. BILL MACTAGGARTS ENGLISH MASTIFFS. However, once he received my money ($1800) in August 2004, it has been near impossible to get a hold of him. When I finally do manage to reach him, he has every excuse in the book as to why I have not received a puppy yet. He has lied and completely taken advantage of me. Says he cannot give my money back because he doesn't have it and has not returned a single phone call or email. I urge anyone who is considering buying a mastiff to use another breeder!-- posted by lmhtsh2003

I hope that you can get help with this situation and not only get your money back, but also find a way to bring one of these wonderful dogs into your family!
