A Bitter End?Read the article this discussion is about

» debng - Where's it at? "Where's it/she/he at?" is one of my biggest pet peeves as well. I've brought this up during several conversations and have been told I'm too nitpicky and should get with the times. As far as I'm concerned, modern times are no reason to encourage bad grammar. I've found that too many teachers or parents are accepting of these phrases and don't try and correct the offender. (I, on the other hand, was raised by an English professor.)I was happy to discover your column today, I find it very informative. -- posted by debng
