We have the opportunity to start a new garden and I have always pictured a rose cover cottage. The yard is quite large, and we would like to have an English Country Garden theme.

We live in a Zone 4 very near the U.S.A. in British Columbia Canada.

Any help or suggestions will be very much appreciated.
