About 11 years back my family and I went to a wonderful show called "Legends in Concert" in Myrtle Beach, S.C. To our delight the "Elvis" who was performing was strikingly similar to the real Elvis. I, being an avid Elvis fan, was astonished at the talent and dedication it must've taken. It was indeed James Lowrey. My family and I were able to talk to him from time to time after shows and yes he was a nice guy. A few years later he was no longer in Myrtle Beach and we missed him dearly. I was on vacation with my friend Gabby in Atlantic City, who is also an avid Elvis fan, and we decided to go to a show that featured an impersonation of Elvis. Elvis came on stage and to my delight it was my favorite Elvis - James. I would like anyone who is a true Elvis fan to know that if you want to see a true performance, schedule seeing a show with James Lowrey - his voice will send chills up your spine.-- posted by ashielle
