Jonathon Von Brana / Graham Patrick
This archived discussion is "read only". « Previous 1 2 Next » » jannelle - Re: anyone??? I have seen Jonathon Von Brana in concert many times. He is currently performing on the Navitek cruise out of Honolulu, HI. They had good web pages on lava.net and livinghawaii.net. The pages have good pictures, but the information is old. Jonathon is a fantastic impressionist and wonderful performer. I would rate him the best I have ever seen.-- posted by jannelle » remy_lebau - Re: Re: anyone??? In response to message posted by jannelle:Thanks for the information Janelle! I have only seen him on video, but I also thought he was great. When performing as Elvis he is doing a lot of his own moves, very cool. So, has anyone seen or heard Graham Patrick? They say that he has both the Elvis look and voice. To bad that he doesn't have his own web page or released any albums/videos. /Remy -- posted by remy_lebau » JeanneXO - Re: Re: Re: anyone??? - Graham Patrick In response to message posted by remy_lebau:Just got back from Las Vegas where I saw Legends in Concert and Graham Patrick was Elvis. He did a fantastic job and the audience swooned over him. Even a guy yelled out "love you Elvis" and stopped the show. Graham wasn't sure how to respond. LOL! He sounds a lot like Elvis but I don't think there's much of a physical resemblance. I would recommend seeing him. I saw 5 other Elvis shows in Vegas and thought Graham was the best! He even walked across the tables in the showroom to kiss and shake hands with the audience. -- posted by JeanneXO » Bluehi04 - Re: Jonathon Von Brana In response to message posted by remy_lebau:Dear Remy Lebau- I am Jonathon Von Brana's musical director for his current show-BLUE HAWAII, THE SHOW. We are based at the Beachcomber Hotel in Waikiki, Hawaii. We perform six nights a week, except Wed. Jonathon is cool as ever, singing better than ever, and is looking just spectacular. The show started June, 2002, and we've been going strong since then. Featuring a cast of four dancers, Jonathon can be reached via the Beachcomber Hotel, or look for his "BLUE HAWAII< THE SHOW" site listing. Aloha from Hawaii! -- posted by Bluehi04 » anniebaby - Re: anyone??? In response to message posted by remy_lebau:I also saw Graham Patrick in Vegas at Legends In Concert. It was amazing. I found him to be a great performer. I do believe he sounds much like E. and unlike the other person who saw him there, I believe he looks a lot like him. I have an autographed photo of Graham on my wall and an Elvis poster right next to it and there's not that much different. He's one of the best E. impersonators I've ever seen.. hey, and while performing, he even wore my Elvis sunglasses that I picked up at Elvis-A-Rama. Graham was Great. Great Looks, Beautiful Voice, Great Hair, and a WONDERFUL sense of humor. He has it all...He is a 10 in my books. -- posted by antinori317 » arcticangel333 - Jonathon Von Brana / Graham Patrick I just got back from Honolulu and attended Jonathon's show! It was fantastic! First of all, the first time that I saw Jonathon was on the Navatek 1 in May of 2001. I thought he was just fantastic!! My husband, our son, my inlaws, and I had one of those "ringside seats" on the Navatek. I will never forget that show!! Then the next year, we found out that Jonathon was not on the Navatek anymore (9/11) and they didnt give any info on where he was. Well, anyway, I had read in the Hawaii Magazine I get, that he was at the Beachcomber!!! So last year, we went to see him again, and he actually remembered us from the Navatek!! Yes indeed, his show at the Beachcomber is outstanding!!! We are planning on going back this year, and get a "ringside seat". He is just fantastic and a wonderful Elvis impressionist!! -- posted by gjl381948 « Previous 1 2 Next » Please follow the guidelines set forth in the Suite101 Posting Etiquette when adding to the discussion. |
