» Jose_Aniceto - Any good ... ?

Hello Kay,

I was just wondering, are there any good shareware/freeware software available around?

There must be tonnes of them. How about getting a review on some?

Regards

Thank you for the comment Jose. Yes, I have plans to review some freeware/shareware. Of course, I can only review the Mac compatible stuff. Meanwhile check out Kids Domain and Tucows. With weekly columns now I should be able to keep up with reader requests better.

If you're looking for freeware for kids or for parents with young children you might like to check out my wife's site.

http://kidsfreeware.com/

There is an educational section as well.

Thank you for the tip. I've bookmarked the site and will explore it later. This is one I've missed. When I originally set up this topic it was to deal with Mac software, but since most Mac software is hybrid it was decided it should be a general software topic. So I am constantly finding new sites that I overlooked earlier. I appreciate readers bringing other sites to my attention. I try to update links often---every other week or so. The summer has been slow, but I'm hoping to keep up a little better with things now.
