» phoehne - Cool! Oh it was so tempting to just say, "Cool" and quit. But I have to be at least as good as your students so, I really like the idea of having students learn about other cultures, religions and races. By reading about the history of these four holidays they will have learned a great deal of history without even realizing it.Perhaps 'A religion' should not be taught in school but too much of the worlds history is linked to religion to be able to ignore the beginnings of some of the great events that led to these holidays. This sounds like a great project and I hope not only that your students learn from it but that other instructors get ideas on how to work with their classes.
