» muncrief - Great article, April!

I kept thinking as I read your article that the $2000-3000 storage systems would probably never be within my reach, but I was thinking you were going to say the $800 was just what you were looking for! I was delighted when you thought more along my lines and went for something really manageable!

I look forward to your monthly articles. I've subscribed to your topic and will be back to read them.

» edel - Haah a person after my own heart

Enjoyed your article, I keep my modest cargo of good wines right out in the open on those Ikea racks in a far corner of the kitchen against a cool brick wall, been doing that for years and I must say I have never opened a bad bottle. Perhaps the wine would be ten times better if kept in the dark and at correct humidy, but I don't buy them to age, they are bought for the moment. Right now I am patiently awaiting the arrival of the Beaujolais Nouveau. Every year at my house we make a big fuss over this young frivolous wine, and I am told this year's vintage is a winner because of the intense heat of the summer. My menu is already planned, can't wait.
Looking forward to more articles...........
