» LindaSuzane - Is the Honeymoon Over, Maybe?

My husband was a minister, we discovered that like a marriage that there is a period about two years into the relationship when things change. The honeymoon is over. Things can get rocky for awhile. But that may not be a bad thing. If you don't give up, then out of the relationship can come something stronger, healthier. I think that eBooks are a bit like that. I think we are going to continue to see growth and interest, slow, but steady, not meteoric. I was especially interested in what you had to say about turning eBooks into audio books. With the popularity of tapes that certainly seems the way to go. I will have to explore that aspect.

Thanks, Michael. Interesting point there are ebooks being easy to update. In some cases, your past customers end up downloading the revised ebook. In other cases, customers download only once and the ebook automagically updates itself. Would you be interested in the technical details of the self-updating ebook?

Thanks again for dropping by and for writing.

Hi, Linda! Thanks for the info about the two year honeymoon-ender. Sometimes, these difficulties have a way of making both parties stronger. As for audio books, it may help to focus on creating mp3 audio versions of your ebook. I'll research more on this...

I like your optimistic views... plus your cause marketing approach. Is the honeymoon over? I guess it really doesn't matter, especially for people who take the long-term view. :-)
