That was an interesting article to read.I have had both anorexia and bulimia as well as being a self harmer.In my eyes I see eating disorders as another form of self harm.Yet another way to attack the body to relieve overwhelming emotions.My eating is better these days and I have not cut for over a year.I still self harm in other ways but no where near as much as I used to.I often think that if people could view self harm as part of eating disorders then it would be better understood.Or at least people might be able to deal with the subject better.It wasn't until I began to view my eating disorders and self harm as one that I was able to begin on the road to healing.It's been a hard journey but I'm getting there.I think.I have my own website which talks about my experiences of self harm and eating disorders as well as my depression and abuse.I discuss the relationship of self harm and eating disorders on it.The address is
