Terrific article, Karen, packed with great suggestions. I especially like your paragraph on Setting Goals -- applicable to many situations, not just houseguests. Thanks for your comments, Anne. It's great that you could apply my ideas to other situations!(Sorry about the delay in responding. I've been in a leg cast for nine weeks and very seldom made it to the computer. The darn thing comes off tomorrow--yay!)
