Karen,I think you summed it up well: Peaceful & Organized. Not just peaceful in surroundings, but peaceful among the residents as well. I'd add comfortable too. Something for everyone. A way of expressing your individuality as well as group spaces where everyone feels comfortable.

When I first saw your topic title I was thinking along the lines of everyone communicating with each other...and surviving.
I guess that's what domestic bliss is to me. People living together happily. I would love to see tips on handling family arguments effectively, balancing personal time with family time, and activities you can do together that are really fun.
Your idea on how to break up the winter blahs is great! Can't wait to see it.
