should I adopt i is it fair to my current dogs?

» sue_m - should I adopt? I am the happy owner of two year old neutered male spoiled rotten esko-peeks who were litter mates. I have just gotten permission from the township to fence in my yard and always promised myself that if I had a fence I would adopt a greyhound. My husband is afraid that our two dogs, will not accept a new dog. They really show pack behaviour and truthfully are not friendly to dogs that they meet. When they meet a strange dog they revert to very pack behavior one aims for the belly the other the throat. In my heart of hearts I am afraid that he is right that these dogs are too spoiled, and unruly to be a good housemate for another animal and I should just let them continue being kings of a very small kingdom. He also suggests that when our two guys no longer walk the earth we adopt two greyhouds. What do you think?Thanks -- posted by sue_m
