In response to message posted by chey2:A quick, but not so accurate bell can be acheived by combing all the hair around the foot down and lift the paw to clip away any hair that extends past the pad.
If you bend his foot( at the ankle joint) so the foot is faces towards the back it is easier. the bell may need a bit of shaping while the foot is down by minimal.
