There are a number of finishing blades you could use on your Lhasa, depending on the length of coat you would like to leave on.

I normally will use a #4F oster or andis blade to leave a short but fluffy clip all over the body. It the dog has mats that the #4F won't get under with out pulling and risking a kick then try a #5F or even a #7F. Just remember the higher the number of the blade, the closer the clip.
