As you are aware, Marie, HO has been trying to figure out the problem on your article for several days, and you and I have communicated about it. The fact that no solution has yet arisen is not the same thing as "not getting an answer from the powers that be." Your problem has not been ignored, we just can't seem to pinpoint it yet.
