In response to message posted by migray:

Whoa! I'm a lunar property owner, I belong to all the lunar organizations (including the Moon Society and the American Lunar Society), I'm even a lunar citizen (http://www.lunarrepublic.com). I'd say I'm as involved in supporting the dream of returning human beings to the moon, but I don't see how a Lunar Stock Exchange can work.

Who is actually investing in this? If I had a million bucks or so to invest, I'd go direct to somebody like Bigelow Aerospace (http://www.bigelowaerospace.com) or TransOrbital (http://www.transorbital.net) and invest straight up with them.

Because I don't have that kind of loot, I'm dropping twenty or thirty bucks a pop for an acre of land on the moon from the Lunar Registry (http://www.lunarregistry.com) where I know that the profits are going to companies like Bigelow and TransOrbital, as well as the Moon Society and L5, where they are doing some good.

Is the LSE aligned with the Lunar Republic or any of these other groups?
