For me the way out was maybe easier than for most, because I have always loved physical exercise and have a hard time sitting still. The more sedentary people require discipline to keep up regular exercise, or maybe a partner who will exercise with them and encourage them.The most important step is probably for them to find out which exercise is most to their liking, and I am glad you stressed that point. -- posted by biogardener
