I, too, have bulbs that have bloomed in the past but have not bloomed for three years now. I found some helpful info at http://daffodilusa.org/daffodils/bloomin... Hopefully that will be helpful to you as well. Good luck. There is a similar discussion going on at this link regarding tulips, and the principles are the same for all flowering bulbs. You might get some answers there and ask some questions if you like.-- posted by biogardener

The American Daffodil Society link which you posted above is the place to find the latest information. As you say, there are many reasons, but I think the most likely reasons are that the foliage has been cut off too soon--and no braiding to make the garden look neat--or the bulbs have gotten crowded.-- posted by Mary Lou
