I am trying to find a movie that I saw back in the late 80's where a young teen couple were dating. The girl in the relationship somehow dies, and her boyfriend gets her out of the morgue and inserts a computer chip into her. The girl comes to life and goes haywire. A memorable scene is when the robotic girl was playing with a basketball, she threw it and it knocked an old lady's head right off of her shoulders! I think I was called something like "friend till the end" or something. If someone can help me, it would be great!-- posted by cherrypeach03

The film is Deadly Friend (1986), directed by Wes Craven and starring a then-unknown Kristy Swanson as the "reanimated" girlfriend.-- posted by parmentano

yes i know the exact movie your looking for i have it on a old beta tape very good film it stars kristy swanson and matthew laborteaux wes cravens deadly friend a 1986 release warner bros pictures thats one movie i hope they remake on dvd but i doubt it hope i could be of help chuck@tazorgn@earthlink.net-- posted by chuck37

Hi everyone,I saw this movie 15 years ago, and can't remember the name.
I only remember glimpses of the most memorable scenes. The movie takes place either in a University or College, it is most likely a comedy. There is misterious killer, killing the students one by one. I can recall scenes where a spear is thrown through five cheerleaders, and a bomb is set uf beneath a trampoline when a boy is jumping it. And one memorable scene is where this girl who uses a tube of toothpaste each time she brushes, is attacked using a powerdrill, and it is put in her mouth and whole lot of toothpaste comes out.
I really do hope someone recalls this movie, because I cant remember what movie that was, and I really would like to see it again.
