Thank you, Stephen, for a meticulous explanation of the effects of light and dark on breast cancer. I had heard something briefly in the news also but did not understand the links. Society has placed less value on quantity as well as quality of sleep in the last 30 to 40 years, but maybe we're seeing a turn around. I also heard in the news that children are being encouraged to get more sleep.
