I enjoyed reading your experience with shiftwork satisfaction. I hated working odd hours but was willing to sacrifice in order to do the medical work that I loved. I was just not cut out to do some of the typical 9 to 5 jobs. In the end I was able to do clinical work with an 8 to 5 schedule. As much as I loved that I still sometimes missed the challenges of hospital work.
