HI I'm new to the board and been diagnosed with fibro 3 yrs ago which now I know I had for many years. I too have some fibro fog and have trouble concentrating. I also have have IBS and have have sleep problems. I do excerise and try to stay fit but with great difficulty. My question is does stress cause flare ups in fibro?? My pain is more in my neck shoulders and arms. Sometimes I will feel it in my hips and lower back. Thanks for reading-- posted by jackie928

Yes, stress does indeed cause flare ups. It's one of the biggest triggers.
