Hi Jen,When I went to cooking school, for part of our final exam we had to come up with an original recipe. I did a curried cream of cauliflower soup with grilled lobster mounded in the middle of the bowl. It was a great combination and really highlighted that cauliflower is too overlooked and much more flexible. I encourage everybody to play around with it.
