We used to grow Swiss chard in our garden as spinach would go to seed too quickly. But I love it, like Tina.

Thanks for reading my article. I really enjoy spinach and for years, my husband would tell you how he hated spinach and never knew that I had been slipping it into his tacos and sandwiches! Then, my eldest son said how he hated spincah (he probably picked that up from my husband) until I pointed out that he had just eaten a spinach salad!

In the organic/vegetarian refrigerated section of our grocery store, there are packages of "Spinach Nuggets". I gave them to both of my children as a finger food. My youngest still eats them.
