I immediately thought of lemon pie, my favorite. Lemons are so versatile. My husband likes lemon chicken. Thanks for sharing the recipes.

I love lemon chicken too! My 4YO son loves to eat lemons - straight.

I made a lemon curd pie once from tofu. It was not bad, but lemon meringue pie is better!
