Your article is very touching. I am going to try that meat loaf. I make one that a friend who passed away with cancer gave me the recipe to many years ago. This one sounds delicious too. Comfort food does come in many forms. One day when my 7 year old grandson was over, my husband took chicken legs out of the freezer. Now, I am not a lover of chicken legs, so I took a can of tomato soup, added a couple tablespoons of soya sauce, some corn syrup and mustard. I poured it over the chicken legs. Along with that, I served chicken flavored rice. My grandson told me it was the best chicken he'd ever tasted and wanted me to give my daugher the recipe. LOL Yes, the best food in the world can be the simplest. I wish you much success in all future endeavors. I will certainly miss both you and your topic. -- posted by Red » lwmcsweeney - Re: angels...
