My husband enjoys sandwiches, too. A lot of sandwiches don't work for the freezer because the bread gets soggy. You can make a "dry" sandwich with just meat and cheese, freeze it, then send along the extras like lettuce, tomatoes, and mayo.I've made tuna salad and ham salad sandwiches without the hard-boiled eggs and they work pretty well. I don't know how long they will freeze because they got eaten so fast!!
