» CulinaryJen - Tofu Cookbook

Hello!

I have NOT checked your previous articles, so forgive me if I am asking for something that has already been answered.

I am looking for a good cookbook that is tofu based. The information I am primarily looking for is what ingredients can I substitute food items for (e.g., 1 egg = 2 tbsp. silken tofu). I, am also, looking for a dessert themed book.
